Be careful of messages pretending to be Sundale

Some guests have received WhatsApp messages pretending to be from Sundale. These messages include booking details and ask guests to click a link to validate their booking.

Sundale will never contact you on WhatsApp asking you to click a link to validate your booking, or to give us personal or payment information.

If you receive a suspicious message

• Do not click any links in the message, and do not reply to it.
• Do not enter card or personal details on any page the message sends you to.
• Contact us directly using the official details below, and we will confirm whether your booking is genuine.
